90 days to change your mind

If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to return an item

1. Email info@vogueavenue.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We email you a printable return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label and drop the parcel off with the carrier.
4. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue your refund. You'll receive a confirmation email; depending on your bank, the refund appears within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, the return is free of charge, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
• Please don't send parcels without contacting us first. We can only process returns that use the label we provide.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll sort it out quickly.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Simply return the item and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get your new size.
